Ancestral Constellations

• Open to those familiar with family systemic constellation work and newcomers alike

ABOUT:

We carry our ancestors in our bodies — their unfinished stories, their grief, their resilience, and the roles they were forced to inhabit. In this daylong immersive workshop, we gather on the land to tend these inherited threads, metabolize what has been long held, and give a place to those who came before us.

Using family constellation work as our primary vessel, we will move through layers of personal and collective experience:

• Our mother and father lines — tending the ancestral stories that shaped us and live within us

• The oppressor and the oppressed — metabolizing how both of these roles were inherited, historically and familially, and how they take form within each of us

• The stories of the land — listening through constellations to what the landscape itself holds, and honoring our place within that larger field. Constellating the living issues of our bioregion and the collective field we share

  
  

We will work both indoors and in nature, allowing the land to become an active part of the constellation field itself. As we tend what lives within our own lines, we also tend what lives in the soil beneath our feet, the histories, the losses, and the belonging that this place holds.

All participants will receive:

• Systemic Constellations teachings

• Micro-constellations for all participants

• Group constellation for a focus participant

• Real-time tools for connecting with the ancestral field for support and guidance

This work is emergent and alive and we will follow the energy of the group and the field. Ideal group size is around 15 participants.

FACILITATORS:

This workshop will be facilitated by Sarah D’Antoni (Naiya) and Cari Caldwell.

Naiya (she/they) is devoted to the remembrance of lineage, place, and the living thread that runs between them. She is the daughter of Sicilian and Ashkenazi Jewish ancestors, and the founder of Ancestral Weavings, an organization devoted to reconnecting individuals, couples, and communities with ancestral roots, cultural memory, and relationship to place. Through systemic constellation work, ceremony, and earth-based practice, she guides people toward what so many quietly long for — belonging and freedom. She is a student of Mayan grief traditions and initiated in the Tzʼutujil lineages of Cacao and Tobacco, and has received ceremonial initiations with the Wixárika and Pygme communities. She is a Moondancer in the lineage of Abuela Tonalmitl. Her formal training includes Advanced Systemic Constellations, AWE Foundation’s Psychedelic Therapy Training, Sacred Passage Death Doula, and a Master of Science in Intercultural Psychology. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Psychedelic Studies focused on ancestral communal dreamwork and ritual.

Cari (she/her) is a systemic constellation facilitator, somatic executive coach, and weaver of worlds who has spent over two decades midwifing new futures across 15 countries. Her work bridges clinical precision and ritual technology — from C-suite organizational consulting to the deep waters of sexuality, intimacy, racial justice and relationship coaching. Nine years of living and working outside the U.S. gave her an uncommon range of human experience — in how we relate, organize, lead, and heal. Her latest project, Relationship Death Doulas, brings conscious ritual to the delicate thresholds of endings and beginnings — helping individuals and systems remember and reorient to death as inherent to all life cycles. A mother of two and a poet at heart, Cari draws on faculty experience at the Strozzi Institute for Somatics and Embodying Racial Justice, along with training in trauma, sexuality, esoteric studies, conflict resolution, immersive ritual theatre, and social innovation. A co-founder of five companies, she brings over three years of formal study and 10 years of practice in systemic constellations to her work. Her work is ultimately about one thing: helping systems become places where all of their members can thrive and belong.
